Perri's Muffin and Bread Recipe

1 bag Plum Creek Gourmet Heath Bar Mix
1 cup of flour - any type
2 eggs
1 cup of milk
1/4 cup oil
1/4 cup honey
1 teaspoon baking soda
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix together all of the ingredients and
pour into greased muffin pans or bread pan.
Muffins: Bake 20-25 minutes until golden brown
Bread: Bake 40-55 minutes until golden brown - test with toothpick
in center of bread

Perri's Waffle and Pancake recipe

1 bag of Plum Creek Gourmet Health Bar Mix
1 1/2 cups flour - any type (Perri's favorite is buckwheat)
2 eggs
1 cup milk
3 tablespoons oil
Mix all ingredients in a large bowl - add more milk if it is too
thick. Pancakes should be a little thinner than waffle batter. Oil
and heat griddle or waffle iron before first batch goes on.
Great topped with fresh fruit, warm berry compote or fresh maple syrup.
Natural Vanilla Sugar Recipes - Expand
Cinnamon Sugar Pita Chips
(serves 4)
Plum Creek Gourmet's Cinnamon Vanilla Sugar
4 Slices whole wheat pita bread
Cooking Spray (or put your own oil in a spritz bottle)
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Slice pita bread into "chip size"
triangles and place on cookie sheet line with foil. Spritz triangles
with oil and sprinkle generously with Cinnamon Vanilla Sugar, and
spritz again. lightly. Bake for six minutes or until chips are
golden, taking care not to overbake.
