Summit Bar Mixes are made with ingredients such as organic white spelt flour, organic rolled oats, organic dried fruits and nuts. These dairy-free Bites are low in sodium and contain no preservatives of any kind. To prepare a batch, simply add oil, honey and water and bake! Bites will keep for 3 weeks in a plastic bag or container, or freeze for up to 3 months. Each box make 12 bars.
